Antoinette Is Live!

Things got a little crazy around here last week as we prepared to go live.  With me supposedly on vacation completing my book, and Brigitte knee deep in dust, cement and construction workers over at her place, we probably should have chosen a different target date, but we thought we were ready.  We probably should have known by now that every 1 item on our ‘to do’ list always equals 10!  But we survived all the last minute re-writes and downright emergencies (no, we will not ship you a mix to the North Pole for €7).  I’m usually pretty hard to pin down, but there’s something to be said for fixing dates and times to goals.  We had an appointment to keep and nothing was going to stop us!

It has been a long road and we’ve put a lot of work into it, but we never would have made it to this point alone.  So we’d like to thank our wonderful families, friends, and friends-of-friends who have encouraged, supported, and advised us along the way.  We’d also like to thank our friends at Image Media Impact, who’ve worked tirelessly to design our look and our website – days, nights, and weekends – for the past 18 months.  Last Tuesday at 8pm, we called them on Skype, popped open two bottles of champagne, and unveiled our website to the world.  We had our first order within minutes and they’ve been coming in ever since!

We hope you’ll take the time to go to our site, read about us, check out our products, and enjoy our recipes.  Please feel free to send us a message via our contact form and let us know what you think – we’d love to hear from you.  Oh, and our first 25 customers will receive a gift with their purchases, so order while supplies last and start baking!

Let them eat cake!
